In a video that looks like something cooked up by elementary-school students, the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey touts its new, free smartphone app called Police Tape. Citroen has given the C1 a facelift for 2012 to match the one given to the Peugeot 107, with better economy and emissions and cosmetic tweaks.
